SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
We are thrilled to offer FREE domestic shipping via USPS within the United States on ALL orders. Current processing times are 1-3 business days for most orders. However, we try our best to ship out orders on the same, or following business day. Please note, custom items may have different processing times, so please read item descriptions carefully.  Insurance is provided by Route and is added at checkout to every order, excluding Shop Pay orders. Customers who remove insurance are not eligible for refund or replacement if their order is lost or stolen. Route claims must be filed less than 30 days from shipment date of package.
Orders that are lost, but marked as delivered by the mail service are void of insurance claims - questions or claims regarding these orders must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping carrier, as we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal carrier.
International orders: we are happy to offer international shipping via USPS and UPS (per the customer's preference), for a fee, calculated at checkout. We have proudly shipped to 26+ countries and counting - don't see your country available at checkout? 60-DAY WARRANTY
We are delighted to guarantee a 60-Day Warranty on all our designs, effective on the date of delivery. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as premature tarnishing, faulty/broken components, and does not cover against personal incidentals. We have full faith that our jewels are properly inspected and produced to ensure your orders arrive smoothly.
While we do our very best to ensure defects and damage never occur, if you do receive a damaged item or have a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us immediately at help@beadsbytara.com and we will resolve this ASAP! After 60 days from your order being placed, any damages to your jewels are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing defect. Please note, damage incurred due to improper care do not fall under this coverage.
